Donation Drop-Off Guidelines
Donations can be dropped off during our designated drop-off hours. Please ensure all items are clean, gently used, and in good condition.
For large donations or bulk drop-offs, we kindly request that you contact us in advance.
All donated items are subject to review, and acceptance is based on our current needs and storage capacity.
❌ Items We Do Not Accept or Approve for Sale

To ensure safety, quality, legal compliance, and operational efficiency, we are unable to accept or sell the following items:
🚫 Unsafe or Regulated Items
• Firearms, ammunition, BB guns, airsoft guns, or weapon accessories
• Knives designed as weapons (switchblades, daggers, etc.)
• Explosives, fireworks, or flammable materials
• Pepper spray, tasers, or self-defense weapons
• Chemicals, pesticides, or hazardous materials
🚫 Electronics We Cannot Verify or Ship Safely
• Broken or non-functional electronics
• Old tube TVs or CRT monitors
• Large appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens)
• Items with missing chargers, cords, or batteries
• Recalled electronics or devices with known safety issues
🚫 Health, Safety & Personal Use Items
• Mattresses, box springs, or bed frames
• Used pillows or bedding (sheets, blankets, comforters)
• Used towels or bath mats
• Opened or used personal care items (makeup, lotion, deodorant, etc.)
• Medical equipment (CPAP machines, oxygen tanks, braces, etc.)
🚫 Clothing & Shoes (Condition-Based)
• Clothing with stains, holes, excessive wear, or strong odors
• Used underwear, socks, or bras
• Shoes that are heavily worn, damaged, or unsanitary
• Clothing with mold, pet hair buildup, or smoke damage
🚫 Furniture & Large Items
• Large furniture that cannot be shipped or safely stored
• Damaged or unstable particle-board furniture
• Items with broken parts, missing hardware, or structural issues
🚫 Illegal, Counterfeit, or Restricted Items
• Counterfeit or knockoff goods
• Items that infringe on copyrights or trademarks
• Stolen property
• Items requiring special licenses to sell
🚫 Low-Value or Non-Resalable Items
• Encyclopedias, textbooks, or outdated manuals
• VHS tapes, cassette tapes, blank CDs/DVDs
• Broken toys or incomplete games or puzzles
• Items with little to no resale value
🚫 Food & Consumables
• Opened food or beverages
• Expired items
• Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products
• Supplements or vitamins
🚫 Items We Cannot Ship or Store Safely
• Extremely heavy or oversized items
• Items requiring refrigeration
• Items with strong odors (mold, mildew, smoke, chemicals)
🚫 Children Items
• Car seats
• Baby cribs
• Used stuffed animals
