Due to the nature of donated and second-hand goods, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Fit or sizing issues
  • Cosmetic wear
  • Buyer error
Incorrect or Misrepresented Items
If you receive an item that is significantly different from its listing or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Condition Disclosure
All items are sold as-is and labeled with a condition rating. Minor wear, imperfections, or signs of use are expected unless otherwise stated.
